How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are usually shipped within 1-5 business days after placing the order.

When will my order arrive?

It takes 2-20 business days for the products you purchased to reach you. Shipping time is set by our delivery partner, according to the delivery method chosen by you. Additional details can be found in the order confirmation email you’ve received.

What’s your return policy?

We allow the return of all items within 14 days of your original delivery date. If you’re interested in returning your items, send us an email with your order number, or use the contact form then we’ll ship a return label.

Once shipped, you’ll get a confirmation email that includes a tracking number and additional information regarding tracking your order.

How do I make changes to an existing order?

To make changes to the order you have placed, the status of your order must appear as processing. Please, contact our team via email to make any changes. We will make sure to confirm the needed changes. If your order has already shipped, we cannot apply any changes to it. If you are unhappy with your order when it arrives, please reach us for any changes you may require.

When will I receive the invoice for my order?


When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. We will send your invoice to your registered email address within one week after the purchase.
